Shipping and Returns

Shipping

• Once the order is placed, it will be shipped within 1 day. Delivery takes between 1 and 10 days, depending on the destination. For local delivery, we use a local courier, while international shipments are sent via regular mail (fees vary by destination).

Returns and Exchanges

• All items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days if they are not suitable. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Policy

• Refunds can be issued within 15 days if the item meets the conditions above.
• Please provide the tracking number when returning an item.
• SALE ITEMS: No refunds or exchanges.
